First impressions: Tern Eclipse Tour

Minor tweaks for a real performing folding bike...

I haven't posted anything about folding bicycles.
So, please bear with me.
Okay, for 2016, Tern made some fine-tuning to their hallmark long-distance commuting and touring bike: the Eclipse S18.
It was renamed the Eclipse Tour.
I believe the bike is priced around RM8-9K depending on the currency fluctuation. To be frank, I don't think this bike will sell very well here in Malaysia. Why? Because it caters to a specific crowd.
Only people who knew what they want would pursue a bike like the Eclipse Tour.

Obvious makeover

You will notice the black and green theme on this bike. It's uniform with the smaller Verge S27h.
The bike has a real nice and snappy colour scheme.
Safety has been further enhanced with the physis 3D handlebar and OCL frame locks.
One very distinct change is the new adjustable Andros stem. Personally-speaking, I don't like it at all. But it's considered to be safe.
Other components on the bike remained similar to the older Eclipse S18,

Expanded review...

Well, sorry guys. I am not allowed to review this bike. It's the local distributor's policy not to entertain small-time bike reviewers. Maybe you'll find better articles in local bicycling portals or magazines.
If you want to get a dig at this awesome bike, you can head to the retailers in the Klang Valley or people who sells Tern bicycles.
