Less rice


Been slow on rice as my main diet.Nowadays, dinner is virtually rice-free. I only get one small portion daily during lunch. The doctor said that by
reducing rice, I would be able to stabilise my blood pressure.Other benefits of eating right is gradual weight reduction. Since I started on my reduced rice intake, I shed nearly
4kgs. I hope to maintain this for as long as I can.At night, its salad and some pasta. I read along the line that processed carbohidrates like noodles would also
contribute to weight gain.Then, there's this theory on acidic and alkaline food. Too much acid can be bad and research indicated that folks
with a low alkaline count has a lower risk of cancer.How true? Well, nothing firm because its only research.
